Internship under Information Technology Department Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Monitor data and system transactions, assisting in identifying and resolving issues. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business operations. Assist in data validation and analysis to improve data accuracy and quality. Create, review, and update process documentation and user guides. Participate in process improvement and digitalization initiatives. Collaborate with team members on projects and day-to-day operational activities. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple task and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Positive attitude, self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to new challenges.
