Web and API Developer Consultant

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Web and API Developer (PHP, Python, JS) for a consultancy mission at a client site. You will join a dynamic team that embraces innovative and agile processes (Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD) to design high-performance and scalable software solutions.

Project Details:

The project aims to reduce dependency on mainframe systems by migrating BNG, BCE (KBO), and other police data to a modern open architecture. This migration will enhance data accessibility for applications such as PoliceSearch, analytics solutions, artificial intelligence (AI), and Intelligence-Led Policing (ILP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development and evolution of applications, APIs, and web services as part of the DECOM program, focusing on migrating police data to a modern open architecture.
• Conduct technical analysis, design, and development of data exchange services and REST APIs for integrating various police applications.
• Adapt and enrich strategic solutions such as PoliceSearch and PolLogs, integrating new features related to data analysis, artificial intelligence, and ILP.
• Develop application components using PHP, Python, and JavaScript, contribute to defining the technical architecture, and collaborate with development teams to ensure high-performance, secure, and interoperable solutions that meet operational needs.

Work Environment:

This position requires on-site presence at least twice a week, depending on tasks and in agreement with the team. Remote work is permitted from home or at the employer's location (within Belgium).
