Both our culinary and front of house staff members are made of people who work to make memorable experiences for our guests, from handcrafted dishes to flawless table service, focused on excellence in every detail. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of the banquet operation in support (and in absence) of the Banquet ManagerEnsure facilities are maintained before, during and after serviceManage sales, clients, and accountsDeliver exceptional guest service by greeting event facilitators, responding to phone and email inquiries, and ensuring guests receive VIP treatmentImplement seamless event execution including event set up and tear down.Provide timely feedback and coaching to staffRaise employee moral through exciting contests and eventsEnsure quality control of all banquet aspects including food equipment, and facilities.Organize staff schedulesConduct monthly inventoryOrganize and place pre-orders for upcoming events Key Requirements1 year + experience of banquet event planning and execution1 year + experience in a restaurant management role responsible for a team of 5 or more Sales experience is an assetHighly organizedEnthusiastic and well-rounded Excel at customer service by ensuring each guest and team member feels specialAbility to work a flexible schedule with availability 7 days a week from 5am 2amImpromptu problem-solving skills while maintaining a positive demeanor Proficiency in MS Office suite is an asset OpportunitiesWith our company, you will have the opportunity to:Grow your career in our rapidly expanding companyCultivate your own development by working with other leadersAttend leadership development seminars and conferences
