YOUR NEW ROLE
- Support end-to-end loan servicing activities for Corporate & Institutional Banking customers.
- Process lending transactions accurately and in line with established controls and procedures.
- Manage syndicated loans, bank guarantees, and related lending activities.
- Administer loan extensions, consents, fees, and payment processing.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer and stakeholder requests within SLA timelines.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 3-8 years' experience in lending operations, preferably within Corporate and/or Institutional Banking environments.
- Hands-on experience with LoanIQ and loan servicing processes.
- Experience processing payments, including SWIFT, RTGS, and EFT transactions.
- Strong customer service mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes.
- Relevant banking, financial services, or equivalent industry experience.
