Founded in 2025, Omnisent is a Munich-based defense technology company developing fully autonomous, Counter-UAS system. We are a small, high-output team from Cambridge, Imperial College, MIT, and BCG united by a mission to redefine modern airspace security.
## Aufgaben
We are looking for a Lab Manager to lead our makerspace – owning the tools, equipment, and procurement processes that keep our hardware and engineering teams building without friction.
- Manage and maintain our lab and makerspace, including tools, equipment, and workspace organization
- Own procurement of lab equipment, components, and consumables
- Operate lab equipment and support engineering teams with hands-on fabrication and testing needs
- Set up and maintain processes for inventory management and equipment upkeep
- Ensure the lab meets safety and operational standards as the team scales
## Qualifikation
- Hands-on experience managing a lab, workshop, or makerspace environment
- Experience with procurement processes for technical equipment and components
- Comfortable operating a range of lab/workshop equipment
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to anticipate the team's operational needs
- EU work authorization
