We are looking for a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead software- and technology-related sourcing initiatives at Vivicta. You will proactively identify opportunities to optimize our spend and supplier base while working with cutting-edge technologies and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value and financial impact. You will join a skilled and diverse team of 20 sourcing and purchasing professionals who collaborate to drive impact, excellence and continuous learning.

Your role in our story:
Proactively identify opportunities for the sourcing initiative pipeline and execute strategic sourcing initiatives, with a focus on software licensing agreements.
Maintain visibility of a pipeline and execute strategic sourcing initiatives while serving as a trusted sourcing business partner to designated business stakeholders, providing market intelligence, commercial guidance, supplier recommendations, and decision support throughout the source-to-contract lifecycle.
Develop category plans that capture short- and long-term business opportunities, quantify financial impact and guide the execution of sourcing initiatives.
Lead the development and implementation of high-impact cost and supplier optimization proposals.
Proactively lead, plan and drive negotiations, particularly for larger, complex sourcing initiatives, including RFI/RFP preparation, supplier evaluations, negotiations, contract award recommendations, and stakeholder alignment.
Support supplier lifecycle management activities, including supplier onboarding and exit planning, supplier segmentation, contract management. Manage the performance of designated suppliers and develop strategic supplier relationships in collaboration with stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with Legal, Security & Compliance, Sustainability, Finance and other service organizations to ensure sourcing decisions meet Vivicta's regulatory, operational, and commercial requirements.
Collaborate with buyers on suppliers and contracts, ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency in the purchase-to-pay process.
Ensure compliance with Vivicta procurement policies, governance processes, and external regulatory requirements while enabling efficient and business-friendly purchasing practices.
Continuously identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency.
Contribute actively to overall team performance as a member of the sourcing team.
What will help you to thrive in this role:
You are an engaging and business-minded sourcing professional with extensive strategic sourcing experience in technology. You have a proven track record of negotiating significant sourcing initiatives and managing suppliers to ensure that negotiated agreements deliver their intended value.
Action-oriented and impact-driven, with a highly structured way of working and the independence to take ownership and deliver results.
Strong influencing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both executives and specialists and a genuine drive to deliver business impact.
Highly analytical and fact-based, with the ability to see the big picture, identify long-term trends and drill down into underlying drivers when needed. You use data to generate tangible business benefits and accelerate decision-making and execution.
Highly skilled in negotiation, indirect influence and presenting ideas effectively within complex matrix organizations.
Your key competencies:
University degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in a relevant field
At least 10 years of strategic sourcing experience, with a proven track record of optimizing spend and conducting total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses.
Extensive experience negotiating significant sourcing initiatives within software technologies and managing global suppliers.
Experience in software licensing across IT infrastructure, security, compliance and cloud-based solutions.
Experience working in an international organization with complex business models and a matrix structure.
Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
