By being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 from our office in Bucharest.

How you will make an impact:

• Contribute to, advise on, and support the preparation and execution of production go-lives and related testing activities;

• Support the operational coordination of release deployments and associated test activities;

• Support the setup, management, and monitoring of production and test environments during both project and operational phases;

• Advise and support the creation, monitoring, and maintenance of tickets in the ticketing system (including tickets involving TARGET Services), and participate in the cross-functional Incident and Problem Management processes;

• Performs incident notification and escalation to ensure problems/requests/issues are communicated effectively and receive proper management attention ;

• Develops and maintains product knowledge, industry knowledge, and business and professional skills by participating in on-the-job training and classroom training; 

• Seeks opportunities to improve knowledge, skills, and performance by reviewing knowledge base content, practicing skills and being receptive to coaching and constructive feedback.

Skills that make your work successful:

• Good knowledge of German and English, B2 level;

• Negotiation skills;

• Bachelor's degree mandatory requirement;

• Good communication skills, oriented and analytical skills;

• Confident, positive, hardworking, high motivation and ability to learn.
