Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Carpenters for projects located in or around Tobaccoville, NC. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $24/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Perform demolition using hand tools and power tools
- Assist with site preparation and setting up barriers
- Remove debris and maintain clean work areas
- Perform basic carpentry and framing tasks
- Patch drywall and repair wall openings
- Pour grout and assist with concrete work
- Assist in the assembly and installation of insulated metal panel (IMP) walls
- Perform additional masonry and general construction duties as directed
- Work from lifts up to 30 feet in height with fall protection provided
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Must have a current photo ID and present it upon entering the facility
- Must have general construction, framing, and concrete knowledge
- Must have basic hand tools
- Must be comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet
