Your responsibilities
- Managing a designated part of the equity portfolios across OFE, DFE and PPK funds.
- Building active investment positions and sector exposures while balancing expected returns, risk, liquidity and benchmark considerations.
- Conducting fundamental analysis and stock selection across sectors, covering companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange as well as international markets, primarily in Europe and the United States.
- Preparing investment analyses and recommendations, and monitoring investment theses.
- Contributing to portfolio construction, tactical asset allocation and overall investment strategy.
- Analyzing portfolio performance drivers and risk factors.
- Participating in corporate governance and stewardship activities related to portfolio holdings.
- Collaborating closely with the investment team to enhance investment processes and analytical capabilities.
Our offer is for you if you have
- At least 10 years of professional experience in asset management, including a minimum of 5 years of independent equity portfolio management.
- Strong expertise in fundamental analysis, financial modelling, earnings forecasting and company valuation.
- Excellent knowledge of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and developed international equity markets.
- A portfolio management mindset with the ability to assess the impact of investment decisions on portfolio performance, risk and liquidity.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to operate effectively in dynamic market environments.
- The confidence to present, defend and challenge investment ideas through constructive discussion.
- Excellent command of English.
- Practical experience with Bloomberg and/or LSEG Workspace.
Nice to have
- Investment Advisor License.
- CFA designation or other recognized investment qualifications.
- Experience managing assets within large institutional investment organizations.
- Knowledge of corporate governance and stewardship practices.
