Universal Worker

Assists in the daily operation of the facility while caring for the tenants in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, by performing the following duties.

Duties are determined by the facility and may include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Greeting family members and answering phones.
2. Assists tenants with Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s) according to the tenant’s specifications.
   1. Assist tenant with bathing and dressing and helping with morning or night time cares as set up by tenant and housing manager.
   2. Temps and serves meals to tenants.
   3. Chart time spent with tenant and services rendered.
3. Doing weekly cleaning of bathrooms and linens as well as additional cleaning and laundry specified by tenant.
4. Washing of facility laundry as needed.
5. Wash dishes, clean serving kitchen and dining room.
6. Housekeeping in common areas.
7. Participates in organized activities for tenants.
