Job Requirements:

• Active NYS Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification REQUIRED
• Availability to work LIVE-IN shifts (3-4 days a week)
• Availability to work in Nassau, Queens or Suffolk County (Hicksville, Westbury, Massapequa, Oyster Bay, Port Washington, Flushing or Northport)
• Transfer experience required, hoyer lift experience preferred 
• Proficient in English, Bilingual Preferred
• Reliable Transportation

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
