Essential Requirements

• Female applicants only (Genuine Occupational Requirement applies)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Access to reliable transport
• Right to work in the UK
• Availability to work agreed shift patterns, including weekends where required

Important Information About This Role

This role is restricted to female applicants under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.

Due to the nature of the support provided, including personal care and support delivered to female service users, being female is considered a Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR) for this position. This requirement is a proportionate means of ensuring the privacy, dignity and wellbeing of the individuals we support.
