Resorts Director of Facilities - North Shore Area

We’re looking for a Resorts Director of Facilities to lead facilities, engineering, maintenance, and capital improvement efforts across our North Shore Resorts.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead Resort Facilities & Maintenance
• Direct day-to-day facilities, engineering, and maintenance operations across multiple resort locations.
• Establish and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure guest rooms, public spaces, recreational facilities, grounds, and back-of-house areas are safe and well-maintained.

Build Great Teams
• Lead, mentor, and develop facilities and engineering teams.
• Build a culture rooted in safety, accountability, teamwork, and pride.

Think Big About Our Properties
• Plan, manage, and oversee renovations, refurbishments, capital improvements, and major property projects.
• Develop annual capital expenditure budgets and long-range facilities plans.

Keep People & Properties Safe
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Lead OSHA compliance and workplace safety initiatives.

Own the Numbers
• Develop and manage departmental operating and capital budgets.
• Review contracts and manage vendor relationships.

Make the Guest Experience Better
• Ensure facility-related guest issues are addressed quickly and professionally.

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience & Education
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7–10+ years of facilities, engineering, maintenance, or property operations experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.

Knowledge & Skills
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building systems, grounds, and preventive maintenance.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and organizational skills.

• Capital projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to standard.
