Hourly base pay rate is $22.02 - $33.08/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.

We're looking for a creative, detail-driven Knowledge Management & Digital Training Intern to  assist with creating knowledge content for in field teams on both new software enhancements as well as updating content on existing software. You'll work directly with our Knowledge Management Director, within the Business Leadership Team at vAuto, to design, develop, and validate weekly knowledge management articles, develop new learning and training content, and gain hands-on experience turning complex information into training that people actually use.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with multiple business stakeholders — Performance Management, vAuto Support, Instructional Design, and Business Leadership — on the development of the course/courses.

• Develop content outlines, job aids, and other visual aids to support understanding of the vAuto ecosystem for adult learners.

• Create knowledge checks designed for adult learners.

• Manage multiple project tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

• Present learning content to a large group of Performance Managers, Sales Specialists, and Performance Consultants within the vAuto and Cox businesses

• Build relationships and network with peers and professionals across Performance Management, Support, and Business Leadership.

• Currently enrolled at an accredited university, pursuing a degree in instructional design, education, communications, business, or a related field.

• Detail-oriented, with the ability to organize complex information logically.

• Able to take a complex topic and make it simple.

• A confident presenter with excellent communication and collaboration skills, responsive to feedback.

• Creative, adaptable, and able to pivot quickly.

• A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.

• Interested in the automotive industry and/or in teaching and developing adult learners.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and comfortable picking up new software.

• Currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.
