About the role

The context/scope of the role is to collaborate and support the team of transformation professionals delivering multiple P2R projects and improvement initiatives across business units, geographies, or operating entities. Accountable for delivery quality, resource allocation, stakeholder management, team capability development, and achievement of project objectives. Acts as a key interface between transformation leadership and operational teams.

This position involves supporting the GPLs in setting up and managing processes across markets and functions internationally. The P2R transformation team is accountable develop a high-performing transformation team that consistently delivers successful finance change initiatives, enabling sustainable operational improvements, stakeholder adoption, and realization of business benefits.

Main accountabilities:

• Lead team delivery across multiple initiatives.
• Manage coaching and performance of the teams
• Oversee governance, quality and risks.
• Proactively seek for process standardization.
• Build effective connections with collaborators.

About you

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, combined with experience working in multicultural and international organizations and collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders across regions.

  • 6–9 years of experience in Finance Transformation, Consulting, Shared Services, Finance Operations, and Process Excellence, with a strong track record of driving operational improvements, standardizing processes, and delivering balanced business results.

  • 1–2 years of leadership experience, including successfully leading teams, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and supporting the development of high-performing colleagues in multifaceted, international environments.

  • Strong understanding of Risk Management, including Internal Controls, Compliance & Ethics, and risk mitigation, ensuring that governance and regulatory requirements are embedded into business processes.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand the broader business context, synthesize complex information, communicate key insights to senior leaders, and recommend practical, effective solutions that support business objectives.

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate confidently with global teams and senior business leaders.

  • Experience in Supply, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Operations (ICO), Recharges, and Cash Management is considered a strong advantage.

  • Experience in a shared service environment, transformation/project management, process design, and S4HANA is an advantage.
