What you'll do...
Role summary:The Senior Product Manager leads the strategy and execution for our Dispatcher application across first and middle mile transportation. The PM will work across business operations, data science, and engineering to ensure that we develop and improve strategies to assign the right workload to the right drivers to improve efficiencies and drive cost savings. This role requires defining product vision, managing roadmaps, and collaborating across teams to deliver scalable solutions. The position emphasizes data-driven decision-making to optimize product performance and innovation. Senior Product Managers mentor peers, navigate ambiguity with autonomy, and ensures alignment with organizational goals while fostering continuous improvement.
About the team:
Our team advances transportation capabilities by developing sophisticated optimization and visibility solutions. We collaborate across business, operations, engineering, and data science to create high-performance algorithms for freight consolidation and dynamic routing, enhancing capacity and efficiency. We build an integrated platform combining multi-channel telematics to deliver end-to-end visibility, predictive insights, and real-time alerts. Central to our efforts is a horizontal transportation AI tool that contextualizes data, anticipates risks, and recommends optimal actions. This work drives innovation and operational excellence within complex logistics environments.
What you'll do:
- Define and execute product vision and strategy for a complex product or product family, leveraging market insights and competitive assessments.
- Build and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and drive product adoption.
- Analyze product performance using data and AI-driven insights to inform decisions and optimize outcomes.
- Mentor and guide product managers, fostering best practices in customer focus and discovery rigor.
- Navigate risks, dependencies, and organizational constraints to ensure successful product delivery and iteration.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience managing complex products or product families with strategic vision and autonomy.
- Proven expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management using data-driven decision making.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills to align cross-functional teams and drive business outcomes.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and market trends to identify opportunities and prioritize product initiatives.
- Proficiency in leveraging technology, including AI and optimization software, to enhance product performance.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring product managers and influencing without direct authority.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical and business concepts clearly.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
