What we are looking for:
-Someone who is committed to caring

-Someone who is passionate about making a difference to residents living with dementia
Do you have the following?
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with active NMC Registration
- Minimum 3 years post-registration experience.
- Significant experience caring for people living with dementia.
- Previous leadership or management experience within a care home or similar setting.
-Experience of supervising and developing teams.
-Experience of clinical audits and quality improvement.
-Excellent knowledge of dementia care best practice.
-Good understanding of CQC Fundamental Standards.
-Knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act, DoLS and safeguarding legislation.
-Knowledge of medicines management and NMC professional standards.
-Understanding of clinical governance and risk management.
