What you’ll contribute to
We are seeking two experienced Parts Centre Help Desk Consultants to become part of our Aftersales division, with both positions offered on a 12-month maximum-term basis.
The Aftersales Division oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of all national parts and accessories operations, including sales, business development, procurement, supplier management, dealer support, and warehouse management. Its primary goals are to achieve sales volume, market share, and profitability targets, while aligning warehouse operations with global best practices.
The Parts Centre Help Desk Consultant is primarily responsible for delivering effective customer service, clear communication, and expert parts consultation to the Dealer Network and Export Customers. This role supports dealer and export performance, planning, and supply chain operations, contributing to the achievement of sales and profitability targets.
Both roles are based in Altona North and are primarily onsite, with some flexibility available.
How you’ll make an impact
Execute established Parts Centre Help Desk processes and procedures in alignment with defined policies to support Aftersales objectives. Contribute to the development and improvement of Help Desk processes to ensure the highest level of customer service for TMCA stakeholders.
Respond promptly and efficiently to Parts Centre Help Desk calls and emails, ensuring alignment with relevant sales policies and procedures to deliver exceptional customer service.
Manage reporting systems to deliver accurate and timely information that supports business planning, budgeting, and forecasting efforts.
Deliver accurate and timely information to Toyota and Lexus Dealers, Distributors, Regions, and other TMCA stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and uphold high customer service standards. Prepare and distribute relevant Toyota communications to the Dealer Network.
Maintain call centre documentation to ensure all changes to systems, processes, and procedures are accurately recorded and communicated to Dealers.

Tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant experience
Experience in a similar role (desirable)
Proven background in customer service
Knowledge of vehicle parts and components is essential for this role.
Familiarity with the Toyota Parts business in particular Parts Interpretation is desirable.
