About the role
Reliable enterprise systems are critical to keeping Bradken’s operations running efficiently. In this role, you will provide hands-on support for Bradken’s ERP system and associated business applications, helping users resolve issues, maintain system performance and ensure business processes operate smoothly.
Working across support, administration and continuous improvement activities, you’ll contribute to the reliability, security and ongoing enhancement of enterprise applications. Your work will directly support users across the business while helping improve system effectiveness and user experience.
In this role, you will:
- Provide first and second-level support for ERP applications, investigating and resolving incidents and service requests within agreed service levels.
- Administer ERP user access, security settings and approved configuration changes to maintain secure and reliable system performance.
- Support business users through troubleshooting, guidance and training to improve system adoption and effective use of ERP applications.
- Assist with ERP testing, upgrades, patching and business change activities while minimising disruption to business operations.
- Monitor ERP jobs, interfaces and scheduled processes, escalating issues appropriately and coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to support resolution.
- Develop support documentation and knowledge articles while identifying opportunities to improve ERP processes, usability and support practices.
What you’ll bring:
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- 2-4 years' experience supporting enterprise business applications, preferably an ERP platform such as Epicor.
- Demonstrated experience investigating, troubleshooting and resolving application incidents and service requests in a production support environment.
- Experience administering ERP user access, security settings and system configuration changes.
- Experience supporting business processes through enterprise applications and assisting end users with issue resolution and system usage.
- Knowledge of IT service management practices, including incident, problem and change management.
- Experience supporting ERP testing, upgrades, patching activities or system enhancements.
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, support procedures or knowledge articles.
Please note: This role is based in Coimbatore. We are seeking applicants who are currently based in Coimbatore or are willing to relocate to Coimbatore at their own expense. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
