Join our Transportation Management team at Philips Poland and play a critical role in ensuring seamless global logistics operations.
As a Transportation Management Specialist you'll coordinate end-to-end transportation activities across air, ocean, and road shipments, working with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. Your role:
Coordinate end-to-end transportation activities for air, ocean, and road shipments across global markets.
Manage transportation bookings with freight forwarders and carriers while ensuring compliance with agreed lead times and service levels.
Monitor shipment execution, proactively identify transportation risks, and drive timely resolution of delivery issues.
Collaborate with factories, planning teams, warehouses, carriers, and market organizations to ensure on-time delivery performance.
Support transportation cost management through carrier selection, route optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure transportation data accuracy in SAP, TMS, and related logistics systems.
Handle transportation escalations, customer-critical shipments, and supply chain disruptions.
Drive process standardization, automation, and operational excellence initiatives within the Transportation Management organization.
Prepare transportation performance reports and provide visibility on key logistics KPIs.
Support projects related to digitalization, logistics optimization, and network improvements.
You're the right fit if:
You have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
You bring experience in transportation management, freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations.
You understand international transportation processes, Incoterms, and customs requirements.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You have experience with SAP, TMS platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
You thrive in a global and fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
You communicate fluently in English.
Compensation & Benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is PLN 86,400.00 – PLN 115,200.00. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for 10% short term incentive, with your rewards linked to company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
