Job Summary

Support the Distribution Planning team in managing inventory and logistics operations. This role involves validating 3PL invoices, allocating inventory to sales orders, coordinating disposals, processing goods receipts, and analyzing inventory for planning purposes. You’ll gain hands-on experience in supply chain processes and data analysis within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate and approve invoices from third-party logistics (3PL) providers
• Manage inventory allocation to fulfill sales orders and process goods receipts for transfers
• Monitor outstanding sales orders and maintain accurate inventory records at 3PL locations
• Coordinate disposal activities and ensure compliance with inventory procedures
• Consolidate and analyze 3PL inventory data and forecasts; generate reports to support planning
• Assist with process improvements and perform additional tasks as required

Key Qualifications

• Pursuing post-secondary studies in Mathematics, Finance, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or Accounting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple business functions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Power BI is an asset
