Description
Location: Tulsa County, OK.
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to counselors, interns, and other clinical staff
- Oversee treatment programming, clinical schedules, caseload assignments, and coverage
- Ensure treatment plans and clinical documentation are timely, accurate, and compliant
- Lead chart audits, peer reviews, staff training, and clinical quality-improvement efforts
- Maintain compliance with Oklahoma regulations, ODMHSAS requirements, Joint Commission standards, and organizational policies
- Support trauma-informed, evidence-based care and provide limited direct clinical coverage when needed
- Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, addiction studies, or a related behavioral health field
- Active Oklahoma clinical license in good standing
- At least four years of clinical experience in substance use, psychiatric, crisis intervention, or co-occurring disorder treatment
- At least two years of clinical or administrative supervisory experience
- Residential behavioral health or substance use treatment experience
- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, clinical documentation, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement
Schedule: Full-time. Standard hours.
