We're looking for an Deskside Infrastructure Engineer to support and enhance the technology experience of our employees across desktop, endpoint, and workplace infrastructure services. In this role, you'll help ensure our devices, systems, and enterprise technologies remain secure, reliable, and available while contributing to automation, operational improvements, and ongoing technology initiatives.

The Role

  • Provide Level 2 support for desktop, endpoint, and workplace technology platforms.
  • Support Windows-based infrastructure, user devices, software deployment, and enterprise applications.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and operational health across supported environments.
  • Support security initiatives including patching, vulnerability remediation, access management, and compliance activities.
  • Develop and maintain automation, operational procedures, knowledge articles, and technical documentation.
  • Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes to ensure service reliability.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to resolve issues and deliver technology improvements.

What You Offer

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting desktop, endpoint, infrastructure, or workplace technologies.
  • Experience supporting Windows environments and enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of endpoint management, software deployment, patching, and device lifecycle management.
  • Experience using monitoring, ticketing, and service management tools.
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell, Bash, or similar technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical issues independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to support.
