Digital Consultants seeks a Program Integrator (PI) to support the planning, coordination, execution, and integration of Government-designated Blue List projects and functional areas for DCMA. The PIs will support program execution and stakeholder coordination at the San Diego, CA and Fort Lee, VA DCMA facilities.
Location: Fort Lee, VA
Duties to include:
- Support the planning, coordination, execution, and integration of Government-designated Blue List projects and functional areas. The PIs are not responsible for overall contract management and shall not serve as the Contractor's primary point of contact with the Government unless specifically delegated by the CPM.
- Coordinate with the Government Blue List Program Manager, CORs, Government Team Leads, the CPM, and other stakeholders, as applicable, to support successful execution of assigned projects and functional areas.
- Coordinate with the Government to develop implementation plans, operational procedures, project strategies, and recommendations supporting the continued improvement and growth of the Blue List Program.
- Plan, coordinate, monitor, and report on assigned projects and functional areas to ensure alignment with Government priorities and program objectives.
- Facilitate collaboration among Government stakeholders, Contractor personnel, and external partners, as applicable, to support the execution of assigned projects and functional areas.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, action items, dependencies, and other management artifacts necessary to support assigned projects and functional areas.
- Identify risks, issues, resource constraints, and opportunities for process improvement affecting assigned projects and functional areas and provide recommendations to the Government Blue List Program Manager and the CPM, as appropriate.
- Prepare recurring status reports, briefing materials, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and other documentation necessary to support Government decision-making and program execution.
- Support Government-led meetings by coordinating logistics, documenting decisions and action items, tracking follow-up activities, and communicating project status to the Government Blue List Program Manager and the CPM.
Requirements
- Proven capability to manage multi-tenant or cross-functional stakeholder networks and compile rigorous programmatic deliverables (e.g., MSRs, Risk Matrices, and QMPs).
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and interface professionally with senior military and civilian leadership.
- Direct experience tracking schedule and quality performance in defense programs.
- Clearance: U.S. citizenship required. Personnel shall meet the Tier Three (T3) investigation equivalent (ADP/IT-II) requirement for access to CUI. A completed/current investigation or an investigation in progress is acceptable before commencing work. During onboarding, an individual with an initiated Tier 3 investigation may be granted interim authorization to work, barring unforeseen issues. This also applies to post-award replacement hires. Personnel must obtain a DoW-issued CAC for access to Government spaces and IT systems.
- Certifications: Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Management, or a related business or technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive project management experience, with direct experience tracking schedule and quality performance in defense programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related business or technical field.
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Physical Requirements: The candidate must be able to travel to other worksites as required and with or without reasonable accommodation, be able to sit, stand, use computers and monitors, and perform duties in an office environment for extended periods. The candidate must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. on occasion (e.g., moving a case of paper or similar task) that may occur occasionally.
