The Opportunity:
As a Senior Staff Integrator, you’ll bring your leadership, strategic planning, executive‑level communications, senior staff facilitation, Joint operations awareness, and organizational process development expertise to work alongside thought leaders in digital modernization, defense strategy, operational integration, and mission analytics on projects for senior military headquarters and joint component staffs. You’ll use your skills and expertise to synchronize staff directorates, develop executive products, analyze emerging trends, refine organizational workflows, and support high‑stakes decision-making across the defense mission enterprise. Work with us to institutionalize critical staff processes, coordinate complex cross‑directorate workflows, analyze and synthesize strategic information, and enable senior‑leader decision-making for mission‑critical operations.

You Have:
10+ years of experience working in a professional environment
5+ years of experience working within DoD, DoW, or the Intelligence Community
5+ years of experience as executive staff at the joint, service, or major command level, such as COCOM, MAJCOM, component staff, or service equivalent
Experience supporting senior leaders
Experience in a CAG, executive advisory role, or senior staff officer position
Ability to institutionalize organizational processes, navigate bureaucratic ambiguity, and synchronize actions across senior staff without exercising governmental authority
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience supporting O‑6 and SES level senior leaders preferred
Knowledge of military staff processes, Joint operations, and PPBE
Ability to manage complex workflows and build organizational processes
Possession of strong analytic and anticipatory thinking skills
Possession of exceptional written and oral communication skills under extreme time constraints
TS/SCI clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
