Reporting to the Director, Merchandise Financial Planning and lead a team of merchandise financial planners. You will QVC Group, and lead open to buy strategy, reporting, and planning model development for merchandising teams. partner with Merchandising, Commerce, Operations, and Finance to improve inventory and receipt forecasting, strengthen open to buy reporting, and support better business decisions.
You will also help modernize planning capabilities by supporting the implementation of a new OTB planning model in Anaplan.
Where You'll Work
- This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, DE. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What You'll Do
- Lead OTB reporting, budget processes, modeling, and forecasting for QVC and/or HSN merchandising teams
- Develop a team responsible for inventory, receipt, and trend analysis across merchandise categories
- Partner with Merchandising, Commerce, Operations, and Finance to translate business needs into applicable plans and insights
- Oversee variance analysis and reporting, identify issues and opportunities, and guide next steps that improve forecast accuracy and inventory outcomes
- Help implement a new OTB planning model in Anaplan and support ongoing process automation
What You'll Bring
- At least 7 years of experience in merchandise financial planning, open to buy, inventory forecasting, or related retail planning work
- Experience leading teams and building strong cross-functional relationships across merchandising, operations, and finance
- Strong analytical and modeling skills, including experience with Anaplan or similar planning and financial systems
- Experience using trend analysis and variance reporting to identify issues, guide decisions, and improve business performance
- Retail and finance experience with the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations and action plans
