Inventory Control Specialist - Irving, TX The Inventory Control Specialist checks inventory figures, postings and documents to ensure accuracy. Invoices customers, handles follow-up questions from customers and resolves any discrepancies for our facility. Inbound/Outbound PO processing, Invoice customers, handle follow-up questions from customers and resolve any discrepancies. Compile requests for materials, prepare purchase orders, keep track of purchases and supplies and handle inquiries about orders. Track all incoming and outgoing shipments of goods transferred between sites, Vendors, and customers. Supports Physical Inventory counting and reconciliation processes. Handle period ending inventory accounting duties to resolve billing issues related to items purchased for Operations.
