This job is responsible for building and leading a team to deliver technology products and services that meet business outcomes. Key responsibilities include developing a technology strategy, ensuring technology solutions comply with applicable standards, promoting design, engineering, and organizational practices, and advocating and advancing modern, Agile solution delivery practices. Job expectations may include coaching, mentoring, providing feedback and hands on career development, identifying emerging talent, fostering leadership skills, and managing stakeholders.
- Partner with Product Owners and Configuration Managers to maintain CMDB data integrity.
- Drive compliance with CSDM-aligned service modeling standards
- Coordinate implementation and governance of Golden Configuration Standards.
- Monitor configuration compliance performance and configuration drift reporting.
- Review compliance findings and coordinate remediation activities.
- Track policy exceptions and risk acceptance approvals.
- Measure compliance performance against established targets
Responsibilities:
- Builds and manages teams by performing financial activities to inform workforce strategy and hiring practices, setting and tracking maturity and quality objectives, and training employees/teams to address feedback and achieve quality and performance objectives
- Facilitates performance and career development of employees/teams through performance reviews, coaching, and creating development plans that are needed to build competencies and skills
- Manages solution delivery and application performance in production (app health, resiliency, performance, security, enterprise data management standards, audit exams and reviews), ensuring all relevant risk, financial, and compliance policies are met
- Manages relationships with business and technology partners and leads and creates followership in Communities of Practice in the organization
- Contributes to the technology strategy for their technical domain
- Creates an inclusive and healthy working environment and helps to resolve organizational impediments/blockers
- Ensures that execution is aligned with product strategy by working with product management and other stakeholders
- Accountable for team/program level resource and financial management; build and maintain teams through talent acquisition
- Facilitate performance and career development of individuals through performance reviews, coaching, and building individual development plans that are needed to develop competencies and skills
- Ensure complete and accurate technology asset inventory across Network Services.
- Govern asset onboarding, ownership assignment, lifecycle management, and retirement activities.
- Validate inventory completeness against approved products and services.
- Monitor technology lifecycle, end-of-life, and end-of-support compliance.
- Escalate inventory gaps, ownership issues, and data quality deficiencies.
- Govern Configuration Item (CI) lifecycle management.
- Ensure CMDB relationships accurately represent network services, products, and infrastructure.
- Monitor CI completeness, ownership, support assignments, and service mappings

Required Qualifications:
Process Management
- 3-5 years’ experience is Risk Identification and Assessments, Data quality control, and implementation
Asset Configuration Management
- 5 + years’ experience in Asset identification and Discovery practices
- 3-5 years’ experience in Configuration items definitions, attributes, and require business relationships for delivery
- 5+ years’ experience in Asset Lifecycle management procure to disposal including configuration verification and audits
- Experience with ServiceNow Asset Configuration Management Database
Desired Qualifications:
Governance Risk
- 5+ years’ experience is Bank of America Technology Policy, standards, and procedure specifically Compliance monitoring, reporting, and escalations.
- 3+ years’ experience is control testing and evidence collection of audits
