The Opportunity

As a Financial Markets & Real Estate - General Corporate Real Estate Consultant - Manager, you will engage with clients to optimize their financial performance, enhance decision-making, and achieve financial goals. Within our Finance Consulting practice, you will analyze client needs, develop tailored financial solutions, and provide strategic guidance to support their business objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to develop tailored financial solutions that optimize performance and decision-making
- Leading teams in strategic planning and execution of financial consulting projects
- Guiding clients in financial management and strategy to achieve their goals
- Utilizing financial modeling and economic forecasting to provide actionable insights
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to inform strategic recommendations
- Developing and implementing financial strategies that align with client objectives
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and enhance performance
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including compliance with accounting regulations
- Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to improve service delivery

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

- At least one of the following credentials or certifications is required: Certified Public Account (CPA) License, Level 3 of the CFA, JD, PhD, MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Tax, Quantitative Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Real Estate Finance or Hospitality A State Licensed Appraiser License, Member of Appraisal Institute (MAI), Member of American Society of Appraisers (ASA) or achieve certification of CRE, CRI and/or CCIM, CHA, or PMP

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $252,450. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $297,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
