Description
At First Resource Bank, we believe strong risk leadership is about more than controls and compliance—it’s about judgment, trust, and building a workplace where people are empowered to do the right thing, every time. As a proud “Best Place to Work” and a thriving $800 million+ asset community bank headquartered in Exton, PA, we are excited to welcome a strategic and forward-thinking Executive Vice President & Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to our executive team.
Reporting to the President & CEO, the CRO is a key member of the executive management team and a trusted advisor to the Board of Directors, with direct access to the Board and its committees on material risk matters. This role provides independent, enterprise-wide leadership of the Bank’s risk management, and regulatory compliance establishing a practical, forward-looking risk framework that supports safe, sustainable growth and a strong culture of accountability.
This is more than a traditional risk role. It’s an opportunity to shape the risk and compliance foundation of a growing organization, serve as a trusted strategic partner to the President & CEO, and ensure the Bank’s risk capabilities scale alongside its growth, technology, and evolving regulatory landscape. We’re looking for a leader who brings both regulatory credibility and a passion for cultivating a culture where credible challenges are welcomed and issues are resolved with integrity.
If you’re energized by complexity, motivated by protecting what matters most, and ready to lead through influence, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity with us.
