Treasury Management Development Program Associate
Program Overview:
Are you ready to launch your career in the financial services industry? Our Treasury Management Associate role is designed for driven, entry-level professionals who want to grow and thrive in a dynamic environment. This 12-month program offers the opportunity to develop your skills by rotating through the Sales, Product Management and Service functions of our Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Business Credit Card solutions. You’ll gain comprehensive, hands-on experience and an understanding of the business from end to end.
As part of this program, you will be exposed to our solutions selling approach to improve our customers' cash flow, mitigate payments fraud and provide them with the information they need to manage and grow their business. In addition, you'll work alongside our product management and service teams that deliver and support new functionality in our rapidly changing industry.

Your Role:
Support and Grow in Our Treasury Management Businesses – A Holistic Learning Experience
As part of this program, you’ll actively contribute to our treasury management, merchant services and business credit card businesses, while also providing top-tier customer support. You’ll gain in-depth exposure to the full spectrum of our businesses, which includes working with customers ranging from Small Business to large Commercial organizations in public, private and government sectors. This hands-on experience is designed to help you build a solid foundation in the Treasury Management industry.
Prepare for Future Success with Targeted Training and Certification
If you’re considering a career in treasury management, certification as a treasury professional (CTP) not only gives you the knowledge to understand our customers' daily needs and challenges but also shows your commitment to ongoing education and mastery of our complex business. Our customers also look to us as subject matter experts across a vast variety of both paper and electronic solutions in the payments industry. A combination of mentoring with your colleagues, self-led online learning, webinars and in person conferences led by industry experts will provide you with the foundation to become a subject matter expert yourself. Our goal is to promote from within to staff our leadership team.
Develop Key Communication and Presentation Skills
Effective communication is essential in this role. You’ll refine both your verbal and written communication skills by identifying client needs, preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and leading meetings with clients and internal teams. This will position you as a confident communicator in a fast-paced environment.
Drive Business Growth Through Sales, Service and Strategy
You’ll support sales, product and service teams across our Treasury Management Businesses by interacting with clients and prospects, developing customer facing communications, data analytics and helping onboard new clients. You’ll play a key role in creating a unique and valuable client experience. Additionally, you’ll be involved in the continued evolution of our solution set as we identify and prioritize projects for senior management approval and implementation.
