Production Supervisor

Day Shift: 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday
Starting Wage: $75,000-$85,000/Year DOE
Occasional overtime and weekend shifts

We are looking for an experienced supervisor to help lead our team to success.

Essential Duties:

1. Lead and support a production team by assigning work, setting priorities, and ensuring daily production goals are met.
2. Coordinate production schedules, workflow, and order completion to deliver quality products on time. 
3. Coach, develop, and hold employees accountable through training, performance feedback, and recognition.
4. Monitor quality, safety, inventory, and equipment to maintain an efficient and compliant operation.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and continuously improve processes. 
6. Review production documentation, employee timecards, and department records for accuracy.
7. Foster a positive team environment built on accountability, communication, and Midland's core values.
8. Demonstrate and uphold Midland's core values of Service, Quality, and Integrity in all aspects of leadership and decision making.

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Time and Attendance Software
• General Office Equipment

Education and Experience: 
High School Diploma or GED required. 5+ years of manufacturing experience and 3+ years of direct people leading experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential responsibilities and duties as listed above.
