Job Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy Development and Execution

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans for the Japanese market

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis

• Develop and execute strategies for new service launches

• Drive initiatives to enhance brand awareness

• Drive marketing activities aimed at expanding market share

• Set KPIs and analyze results

Demand Generation

• Plan and execute lead generation initiatives

• Plan and manage email marketing campaigns

• Management of Social Media Channels (e.g., LinkedIn)

• Promotion of web marketing initiatives

• Planning and management of campaigns

• Supporting pipeline generation in collaboration with the sales team

Scientific Content Development

• Creation of flyers

• Creation of technology notes

• Creation of application notes

• Creation of catalogs and brochures

• Creation of webinar materials

• Production of technical content for customers

Understand content created globally and localize it for the Japanese market.

Event and Conference Marketing

• Planning and management of conference exhibitions

• Planning and management of trade shows

• Planning and hosting webinars

• Planning and hosting on-site seminars

• Vendor management

• Event ROI analysis

• Implementation of lead follow-up initiatives

Product Launch & Market Development

• Development of market launch strategies for new products and services

• Target market analysis

• Planning of market penetration strategies

• Identification of market opportunities

• Support for product training for the sales team

Global Collaboration

• Collaboration with the US headquarters marketing team

• Collaboration with the APAC marketing team

• Rollout of global campaigns in the Japanese market

• Implementation of global brand guidelines

• Participation in and communication during meetings in English
