Role Summary

Anthropologie is looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to join us for the Summer. This intern will work across either Digital Marketing and Strategy, Events, Anthropologie Socials, and PR & Communications teams. We’re seeking candidates who will champion and celebrate our brand and is eager to gain skills in organic digital marketing strategy, events, PR and Communications, and execution. The right candidate will have a strategic mindset, attention to detail, a passion for expressing brand messaging through a social media lens, and interest in publishing and scheduling across social platforms.About the Summer Internship Program:Each summer URBN Inc. welcomes candidates from across the country to immerse themselves within various teams across our portfolio of brands and gain hands-on learning experience in the area of business which they choose to pursue. Our paid internship program also offers a summer full of intern focused events including exposure to our senior leadership across the business in small group settings, insight into company initiatives, off-site field trips & for those qualified a chance to interview for a full-time job opportunity. Summer Internship Program Application Process:

 

1) Apply to one (1) internship posting that best aligns with your interests and skills. If there is a project component included in the application (see role qualifications below), it is required and must be submitted at the time of application to be considered for the position.

 

2) Complete a Video Interview: Candidates selected to move forward will receive an email with a link to complete a video interview. Once the email is received, candidates will have two (2) days to complete this portion of the application.

 

3) Interviews with our internal teams will be scheduled on a rolling basis.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing content in collaboration with Merchandising and Creative teams to ensure timing aligns with brand objectives.

  • Identify and pitch user-generated content (UGC) opportunities across digital and social channels.

  • Research and present actionable opportunities for channel growth, emerging platform trends, and strategy testing.

  • Analyze and assess marketing campaigns using quantitative data to inform future strategies.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to bring multi-channel brand activations and special events to life.

Role Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

  • Deep understanding of social and digital platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated, innovative, and eager to bring fresh ideas to the team.
