Job Title: Algeria Logistics Process Control Lead
Location: Oran HPC Factory, Algeria
JOB PURPOSE
The Algeria Logistics Process Control Lead is responsible for driving logistics process governance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across Algeria's logistics network. The role acts as a central coordination between logistics operations and key stakeholders, ensuring that outbound logistics, storage activities, inventory control, supplier performance, and logistics KPIs are effectively managed and continuously improved.
The position goes beyond day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on identifying process gaps, strengthening logistics controls, improving cost efficiency, and enhancing performance across the logistics value chain. The successful candidate will lead process assessments, consolidate improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of operational excellence initiatives across the function.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review all Logistics process for FG and RPM and ensure that all is updated and presented on form.
- Follow up on pallet process(purchase/consumption till new Mars resource join) and return process with KD balance.
- Share pallet weekly review including KD balance.
- Ensure that pallet return document is sent with each order.
- Represent logistics on all forums and necessary coordination with stakeholders for both FG/RPM.
- Support on Distribution cost monthly review with finance.
- Follow up on destruction and recycling process.
- Follow up on attached saving actions with all stakeholders on weekly basis.
- WH maintenance review on Safety and quality actions.
- Follow up on PO issues and resolution on same day.
- Ensure RPM stock reconciliation review with 0 gap between SAP and WMS.
- Ensuring that all transfers are done on system and physical on same day.
- Ensure that monthly inventory is done on 0 gap between physical and system.
- Follow up on receptions tracker with planning and inbound.
- Perform all mandatory training on time

- Suitable years of experience in logistics operations management and process governance.
- A high-potential logistics or supply chain professional.
- Someone with strong analytical capabilities.
- Comfortable working with Excel, Power BI, and process data.
- Able to quickly understand and improve operational processes.
- Open to coaching and feedback.
- Strong in execution and follow-through.
- Interested in operational excellence and logistics transformation.
