The Position
The Opportunity
As a Financial Analyst in Dia Cross-Functional Finance, you will be responsible for the support, preparation, and analysis of financial and accounting activities for specific legal entities. You will collaborate closely across multiple project teams, sites, and functions and with a customer centric mindset. Your key business partners and stakeholders will include FDO, BA Finance, ASPIRE project, RSS, and others.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Contribute to the legal entity closing and planning processes
Participate in identifying change impacts for new SAP implementations
Adapt legacy system for ASPIRE, i.e. contribute to change of legacy interfaced systems
Contribute to change impact assessment, data scoping, cleansing, and migration including data migration
Identify business-critical gaps not covered by the global solution and define workaround for business requirements that can not be integrated with the global solution
Involve the respective SOP owner to update local SOPs where required
Participate in relevant SAP solution testing for the ASPIRE project (SAT / UAT for local interfaces and reports, DET)
Conduct role mapping, analyze and resolve SOD (Segregation Of Duties) issues (if appropriate: E.g. if there is no Main Functional Contact in the respective organization)
Attend TTT (Train the Trainer) and coordinate and deliver local end user training together with Business and IT SMEs and localize training materials
Actively drive and support local pre-deployment and deployment project phases, especially transition and go-live, plan and track local close down and ramp up
Potentially be a Key/Super User for his/her area
Actively support the Ramp Down / Black Out / Ramp Up planning and execution
Actively support resolution of hypercare issues after the go-live
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business related field; advanced degree is a plus
5 years of related experience
6+ years of functional and project management work experience preferred
Excellent knowledge in Finance and IFRS Accounting
Experience working in a large cross-functional team within a matrixed environment
Strong communication skills, with demonstrated proficiency in effective global collaboration
Good knowledge of cultural differences and the impact of this on communication and working styles
Demonstrated ability to successfully support multiple streams of information and activities
Knowledge in SAP ERP with expertise in multiple relevant functional areas is a plus
Enterprise mindset with focus on continuous delivery through collaboration, and working effectively in multiple teams towards the same purpose across organizational boundaries
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $81,400 - $151,200. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
This is a fixed-term role ending in December of 2028.
