岗位职责
- 负责 IMU 站点换能器（力、压力、声学及加速度传感器）的设计调试与性能优化；
- 基于数字信号处理（DSP）、控制系统及机器人/机电一体化理论，完成算法实现与系统调优；
- 使用 Matlab / Python / JMP 进行数据分析与可视化，驱动测试与试产决策；
- 快速定位电气硬件根因，并在软件层面实现修复方案；
- 主导多线程编程与硬件设备接口交互开发，保障产线设备稳定运行；
- 试产及测试期间须全勤深入工厂现场（Inside the factory）提供实时工程支持；
- 英语流利，能够高效参与早晚与美国团队的跨时区会议，推动问题同步与项目进展。
驻场要求：在试产及测试关键阶段，必须全勤深入工厂现场（Inside the factory）进行工程支持，确保问题第一时间响应与闭环。
任职要求
必备技能
- 掌握换能器（力、压力、声学及加速度传感器）知识，具备设计调试背景者优先
- 精通 Lua 以及 C / C++ / Objective-C 语言
- 掌握数字信号处理（DSP）、控制系统、机器人/机电一体化相关知识
- 熟练使用 Matlab / Python / JMP 进行数据分析与绘图
- 能够快速定位电气硬件根因，并在软件中实现修复
- 英语流利（听说读写俱佳），能无障碍参与跨国技术讨论
- 需定期参加与美国团队的线上会议（配合美国时间），具备跨时区高效协作能力
其他条件
- 5 年以上相关工程经验；
- 熟悉多线程编程与硬件设备接口交互；
- 有产线试产驻场支持经验者优先。
