Doit détenir un MBA ou une maîtrise (préférablement un doctorat) dans le domaine du cours et démontrer une expérience professionnelle récente directement reliée au cours. Doit aussi avoir de l'expérience en enseignement spécialement au niveau d’un programme de MBA et préférablement dans le domaine de la gestion des opérations.
