The Title Coordinator works with multiple parties to coordinate the resolution and completion of the title process. Monitors and tracks the workflow from searcher and contractors. Coordinates multi-site project intake and transaction management. Reviews and validates the accuracy of data contained within mortgage loan files. Verifies file completeness, obtains outstanding title documents, and approves completed files. Performs special projects. Assists with title production support services and settlement services preparation.What You'll Do
- Acts as the team’s resource and subject matter expert to answer questions and create resolutions using past experience, best practices and sound judgment
- Assists in scheduling and coordinating team activities
- May provide input into hiring and performance appraisals, but does not make hiring decisions or conduct performance evaluations
- Troubleshoots and guides others on wide variety of complex problems and identifies solutions within broad application and functional expertise
What You'll Bring
- High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- 4+ years directly related experience
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Familiarity with Home Mortgage Disclosure Act a plus
- HUD or closing experience a plus
- Strong MS Office skill set
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
