About this opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate IP Engineer to join our dynamic team here at Ericsson. As a critical component of our Managed Services deliveries, the role aligns with the Ericsson Operations Engine's mandate. The position�s key responsibilities include offering technology leadership, domain expertise, and robust support throughout the entire cycle of Create, Sustain, and Evolve processes.
What you will do:
\- Develop and maintain automated solutions with a keen eye for potential problem sources.
\- Drive continuous improvement in our recovery processes.
\- Provide expert insight and knowledge to our support team and automated operations unit.
\- Share your domain expertise with the analytics and automation team to bolster case development and analysis.
\- Initiate and manage the change introduction impact analysis process.
\- Coordinate with external suppliers/partners in case of incidents.
\- Support server and application interconnections, focusing on user access management.
\- Meet Service Resource Fulfillment activities end-to-end including planning, execution, testing, reporting and logging.
\- Validate and execute developed use cases, extending knowledge sharing to domain support.
