At SynergenX | Low T, we're looking for an NP or PA who brings more than clinical expertise. We want someone who is energetic, approachable, confident, compassionate, and genuinely enjoys working with people.

Our clinics are busy, collaborative, and patient-focused. You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives while working alongside experienced medical leaders and a supportive team.

What You'll Do

• Provide patient-centered care focused on hormone replacement, weight management, and targeted wellness
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide follow-up care and monitor patient progress
• Educate patients on treatment plans, wellness, and lifestyle goals
• Build genuine relationships and establish trust with patients
• Explain medical information in a clear, easy-to-understand way
• Collaborate with the Center Director, Medical Director, and clinic team
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow established clinical protocols
• Help create a positive, welcoming, high-energy patient experience

Required Qualifications

• Active Indiana NP or PA license in good standing
• Current DEA license or ability to obtain
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

Your 4-Day Schedule

32 clinical hours per week

You'll work a consistent 4-day schedule:

• Tuesday
• Thursday
• Friday
• Saturday

Clinic Hours

• Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

2 weeks of paid training (10 consecutive business days) are provided 2to help you learn our clinical protocols, systems, and workflows.
