Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a distinguished national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has an immediate opening for a Legal Secretary in its Pittsburgh office. Ideal candidates must have 3+ years of experience.Requirements:

• Familiarity with State and Federal Rules and Administrative Procedures.
• Ability to provide administrative support to attorneys.
• Work independently on pleadings, discovery, motion preparation, and e-discovery.
• Experience and knowledge with e-filing in state and federal court, case management, docketing, e-discovery, document review, exhibit preparation, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and previous Compulaw experience is beneficial.
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
