Líder de territorio

As a Territory Leader, you will develop sales results for the COMEX brand, working with our dealers to improve sales growth. You will report directly to the Territory Manager. You will be located in #Guadalajara, Jalisco Mexico

Key Responsibilities

• You will control and follow up with our dealers' sales and market.
• You will build the strategy and commercial agreement together with the dealer, negotiate improvements in points of sale, openings, field sales team and productivity bonuses.
• You will make visits to the assigned points of sale and visit customers.
• You will monitor the level of service and experience compared to end customers, analyze the market, add indicators to understand the behavior of the point of sale.
• You will manage a network of 9 concessionaires, 68 stores, and 18 VDT sales representatives within the Ocotlán territory.
• You will act as the key commercial liaison, strengthening relationships and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• You will provide tools, guidance, and support to help concessionaires maximize their territory performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in business management and administration.
• 3+ years of experience working in Retail and field work is necessary.
• Office level intermediate.
• Advanced English level.
