Job Description:

The purpose of this position is:

• To ensure that the World Vision financial policies and procedures are followed regularly
• Ensure management of cash including petty cash fund.
• Ensure that all transactions are tracked and processed on time- Provision, direct payments, cash advance and acquittal
• Support in processing payment through transactive
• Support in any internal and external audit engagements

• Quality assurance and Compliance - Financial transaction review and record (Lead) and timely payment

KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE:

• General Finance principles and auditing
• Knowledge - WV Finance Guidelines
• Understanding of Finance data processing concepts and system
• Knowledge of spreadsheet applications
• Understanding
• Require 20% of time travelling to area program
