This role is critical in creating a positive first impression and supporting smooth office administration. What You’ll Be Doing: Guest Handling: Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy. Front Desk Operations: Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; route inquiries to appropriate departments. Record Maintenance: Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and office records with accuracy and confidentiality. Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating courier services, and handling routine office tasks. Facility Coordination: Ensure reception area is organized, presentable, and aligned with CG Infinity’s standards. Internal Liaison: Coordinate with HR, Admin, and other departments to support day-to-day operations.

Desired Skills and Competencies: Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front-office role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and record-keeping tools. Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure. Professional appearance and customer-centric attitude.  Key Attributes: • Warm and approachable personality. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Positive attitude and willingness to support team needs
