Digital Solutions Business Partner (Panama City, Panama)Job Description
The Digital Solutions Business Partner leads the technology-enabled productivity agenda for their assigned business area. This role combines business insight, technology knowledge, and change leadership to translate strategic priorities and operational challenges into scalable digital solutions.
Working closely with business leaders, technology teams, regional stakeholders, and external partners, this position ensures that technology initiatives are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable improvements in productivity, efficiency, and operational performance.
Your Role
Serve as the strategic partner between business units and technology teams, translating business priorities and operational challenges into scalable digital solutions.
Lead the identification, design, and implementation of technology-enabled solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, and business performance.
Develop and manage a portfolio of complex digital initiatives, including project scope, priorities, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and governance.
Partner with regional leaders, business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements, develop roadmaps, and drive cross-functional execution.
Lead change management, solution adoption, validation testing, user acceptance testing, and continuous improvement while measuring and communicating business impact.
You’re the Right Fit If:
You have a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
You have a minimum 8 years of experience in technology leadership, digital transformation, or a related area, including close collaboration with business units and regional stakeholders, Including demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects or automation initiatives applying process improvement methodologies, such as value stream mapping, design thinking, Lean Six Sigma, Agile or comparable frameworks.
You have strong business acumen, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and influence across organizational levels.
Your skills include Advanced English level (C1); deep knowledge of AI, machine learning, or Generative AI concepts; Familiarity with AI tools or services such as Azure AI, Copilot Studio; hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, or similar low-code tools; Understanding of APIs, data handling, and application integration concepts.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an office role. No company relocation benefits will be provided for this role, candidates must be based in Panama City, Panama.
