Job title: Associate, Customer Marketing

•             Location: Arese, Italy

•             Function: Customer Marketing

This role is eligible for international relocation.

Overview:

In this role, you will support the growth of a key product category in Italy, working closely with Sales, Trade Marketing and European teams. You will help drive commercial plans, deliver turnover and market share targets, and bring global strategies to life in the local market.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and monitoring Nielsen sellout data: market share, distribution, promotion performance and competitors’ activities
• Creation of POP material, promo packs, labels, promo stickers, …
• Cooperation with international and local agencies (Graphic, creative, Promo Agency)
• Developing trade presentations using regional materials and guidance
• Implementation of local workshops developed by Region and support to salesforce in customers meetings

Experience you’ll bring:

• Degree level education in Business Administration, or similar
• Marketing background with at least 1 year in Commercial Roles
• Strong interest in an international career development path, fully mobile
• Fluent in Italian & English

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Full Time: 36 Hours per week (8 Hours from Monday to Thursday, 4 Hours Friday)
• Office work environment: Remote work available once a week 
• Friendly working environment based on collaboration and trust
• Will be located in the same office with Italian Category Teams (Arese)

The expected gross salary range for this position is between 33 910,00 EUR - 44 509,50 EUR. Job related skills, experience, and education, will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive, and/or long-term incentives.
