Lead end-to-end supply chain controller for Quaker and Agro operations, driving strategic cost management, inventory governance, productivity initiatives, financial stewardship, and business decision support to optimize profitability, working capital, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial control framework across Quaker and Agro supply chain operations, ensuring strong governance over inventory, manufacturing costs, logistics costs, and operational spending.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement and Commercial leaders to drive strategic business decisions and deliver sustainable productivity improvements.
• Lead monthly supply chain performance reviews, highlighting risks, opportunities, and actionable insights to senior leadership in factory.
• Develop/support cost optimization roadmaps aligned with business growth objectives.
• Act as key finance business partner and subject matter expert for supply chain costing, inventory valuation, and operational controls.

Cost Control & Productivity Management

• Lead actual fixed cost and variable cost governance across manufacturing, warehousing, agriculture, and logistics operations.
• Monitor absorption, standard cost accuracy, manufacturing variances, yield losses, and operational efficiency metrics.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve cost competitiveness and margin performance.

Inventory Control & Working Capital Management

• Own inventory governance, support physical count programs, cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory accuracy across warehouses operations.
• Monitor inventory aging, slow-moving stock, obsolete inventory, inventory provisions, and working capital performance.
• Ensure compliance with inventory policies, US GAAP/Local GAAP requirements, and company control standards.
• Perform and support root cause analysis of inventory variances and implement preventive controls with other stake holder and respective user.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing related to inventory, costing, and supply chain operations.
• Present key insights and recommendations to supply chain and finance leadership teams.

Controls, Compliance & Risk Management

• Strengthen internal controls across inventory, procurement, manufacturing, and agricultural processes.
• Support internal and external audits while ensuring strong compliance culture.
• Identify operational and financial risks proactively and develop mitigation plans.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, digitalization, and reporting automation.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, coach, and develop supply chain controlling team members.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships across multiple business units and stakeholders.
• Promote a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of finance/accounting experience with strong exposure to supply chain finance, product costing, and inventory controlling.
• Experience in FMCG and multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge of standard costing, manufacturing accounting, inventory valuation, and cost analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic decisions.
• Strong SAP FI/CO and reporting systems knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance; professional qualification is an advantage.
