Sales Team Member Seasonal - Downtown, NW, & Hawthorne Locations

Job Summary:
The Sales Team Member (STM) is our customer-facing role that acts as a TLE brand ambassador. STM actively seeks opportunities to connect with customers on the sales floor, sharing insight into what Tender Loving Empire does and the hard work that goes into the product and music that fill our stores. They contribute to a successful day of business by completing all tasks and operations in an organized and efficient manner. They prioritize communication and teamwork by holding themselves and their peers accountable, celebrating successes, and learning from opportunities.
We are looking for street store seasonal ambassadors with availability for our, Downtown, NW23rd, and Hawthorne locations.
We have blackout period where no time off requests will be approved November 14th - Jan 1st. You must be fully available during the time and days we are open during that time to help support the team with our busiest time of year.

Pay
$18
Schedule 
2-5 days a week must be available weekends

Essential Duties
1. Provides an exceptional customer service experience by developing
strong relationships with customers and looking for opportunities to expand their
purchase.
2. Seek opportunities to meet financial goals daily
3. Manage tasks and duties responsibly and productively
4. Cash handling and strong interest in the maker  and music community 
8. Takes an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
9. Performs other tasks as assigned by management.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Education & Experience
● Minimum two years in a specialty retail and/or customer service role.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
1. The employee may be exposed to weather based heat and humidity.
2. While performing the duties of this job the employee must frequently lift up to 15
pounds and must occasionally lift and or move up to 40 pounds.
3. The employee is also regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers
with products, twist, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and reach with
hands and arm.
