Location & Team Environment

This role is based in Jacksonville, FL (on-site). You will lead and support a production team in a collaborative, safety-focused environment while partnering with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and other functions to achieve production goals.

Where You'll Make a Difference

• Supervise and coordinate daily production, manufacturing, and packaging activities to meet safety, quality, and production targets.
• Lead, coach, and support production employees while promoting accountability, teamwork, and a positive work environment.
• Monitor production processes, equipment performance, staffing, and workflow to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure employees follow established SOPs, safety requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and other teams to resolve production issues and minimize operational disruptions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, and overall manufacturing performance.

What Makes You the Right Fit?

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, business, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, or an industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, safety practices, quality standards, and production processes.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and use basic computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous experience supervising employees in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience working with automated production or packaging equipment.
• Strong knowledge of EHS, quality systems, SOPs, or regulated manufacturing processes.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, or process optimization initiatives.
